PURPOSES OF THE CLUB





The goals of the Racquetball Revival Club are to: 1) make racquetball accessible to everyone, especially youth., 2) have a special focus on kids properly learning this life-time sport 3) provide hands on relevant resources for youth, 4) help solve the racquetball court shortage problem in Baltimore, 5) be a model for other similar ideas, 6) provide a place for the community to meet 7) to provide technology education to all ages 8) help start the revival of racquetball in Baltimore and other cities.



YOUTH COURT TIME





A minimum of three courts will always be available for youth players Monday-Friday from 4pm-8pm, and all day Saturdays and Sundays.


We will have youth lessons, leagues, tournaments, and camps. This will be the go-to place for youth racquetball.




YOUTH MEMBERSHIP IS Free





Membership to Racquetball Revival is free for all those under 18. Before they can log any court time, youth players must show completed homework, progress in long term assignments, and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Should anyone require academic assistance, they will be partnered with an adult member of the club with experience in either education or the given subject matter.



ADULT MEMBERSHIPs





Adult membership fees will vary on the level of volunteer commitment. Opportunities will include tutoring, officiating, and mentoring. Members will also be encouraged to make a monthly contribution to lower fees for families that cannot afford the full price.



Six rEGULATION COURTS





Six regulation courts will allow open play, leagues, tournaments, and classes with ease. The club will host regional adult tournaments and at least three youth tournaments per year.

Ideal for tutoring and 1-on-1 mentoring, each suite will be equipped with seating, a computer, and printer. They will also be used by members as needed for job searching, schoolwork, etc.



TECHNOLOGY CENTER





The technology center will have computers, printers, and flexible seating, ideal for classes to commence in a relaxing, supportive, and fun environment.

The community meeting room will be utilized for small business gatherings, networking events, church groups, and a variety of other events.
